DISCOUNTED RATES FOR SELECTED HOTELS

Rooms in several hotels at preferential rates and favourable booking conditions have been arranged for LMHI 2025 delegates. 
A few hotels are ideally located around the Central Station Utrecht and within a 3-10 minute walk from the Congress venue. The hotel rooms alongside the train station are fully sound proof. Other hotels are located in and around the city centre, and can be reached on foot and/or by frequent public bus.
Finally, two hotels outside Utrecht are offered. However, the Central Station and Congress venue can be easily reached by direct bus or train within 15-35 minutes. 

LMHI HEADQUARTERS' HOTEL

NH UTRECHT HOTEL ****

The NH Utrecht hotel will be the Congress' headquarters hotel. It is located in front of the Central Station and only a few minutes' walk to the Congress venue.

Distance to the Congress venue: 400 meters, 5 minutes on foot.
Arriving by train at Utrecht Central Station, take the exit Jaarbeursplein. Take the stairs or escalators down to street level. You will see the NH hotel on your right hand side. 

Rates: 

  • Standard room € 189 including breakfast and taxes. 
  • Supplement double occupancy: to be confirmed
  • Minimum stay: 3 nights
  • Excluding city tax of 7%. This tax is automatically added to the room rate in the online reservation system.

Distance to the Congress venue: 1,3 km, 19' minutes' walk, multiple buses from the Central Station, departure every 5-7 minutes, 10 minutes transfer.

The Stayokay hostel is located in the heart of the city. It offers all types of rooms, ranging from a double room for 1 or 2 guests and some triple rooms to larger rooms shared by 4-6 or 4-10 guests. Each room has its own shower and toilet. The 1st floor houses a restaurant.
